Welsh Housing Awards 2012 now open for entries!

With Wales facing greater uncertainty than ever before it has never been more important for organisations to find new and innovative ways of delivering. The Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru's Welsh Housing Awards is a unique opportunity for you to share your success and learn from other organisations leading the way in service excellence.

The awards include an award for Empowering and involving communities. The judges will be particularly looking for submissions which demonstrate:

• provision of recognised training and education opportunities to residents
• innovative community development projects
• involvement of customers directly in assessing, shaping and improving specific services
