The Sprout and Cardiff Youth Council meet Cardiff County Council Chief Executive

The Sprout, an interactive website that provides information and encourages the direct involvement of young people in Cardiff, and Cardiff Youth Council, has met with Jon House, Cardiff County Council Chief Executive.

They discussed the new area forums in Cardiff and how they fit into the structure of the Cardiff Youth Council and how that itself fits into the larger structure, finally running into Funky Dragon. They also wanted to speak to the decision-makers within the council so they could really influence the decisions made within it.

They were invited to sit in on various meetings as the majority are open to the public and also spoke about the use of social media within the council and its importance when working with young people.
