PSMW leadership inquiry visits

Public Service Management Wales (PSMW) are looking to arrange two leadership inquiry visits for the latter part of the year that will provide leaders of public services with an opportunity to acquire insight and understanding of the ways in which efficiency and innovation can be delivered.

The visits will be made over two or three days and comprise of presentations, tours and round table discussion set around a specific theme. They will provide practical examples of how efficiencies and innovation can achieve sustainable tangible outcomes. Leaders will transfer the learning into practical outcomes within the context of their own organisations and to the wider leadership community.
