Community and citizen engagement can often seem overwhelming. You might be thinking ‘where do we start?’, ‘who to engage with?’, ‘how do we do it?’

We can support you to plan, design and deliver participatory approaches which meet your organisational needs, to help you to engage with your service users, communities and citizens and develop your services in line with their needs.

We offer approachable, individual project support in person, by telephone or over email. Depending on demand, there is usually no charge for short-term support (up to 2 days). If you require longer-term project support we charge a consultancy fee at competitive rates and will negotiate a quality support package which meets your needs.
