In these difficult economic times good public engagement is as essential an ingredient as ever in the delivery of efficient and effective citizen-centred services

With an emphasis on sustainable and cost-effective activities, this all-Wales event aims to support practitioners and organisations to achieve better citizen and community engagement by sharing skills, learning and good practice from across Wales.

Places are £140 per person, which includes attendance on both days and night overnight accommodation on 10th June. All meals and use of the hotel’s facilities are included.
