Welcome to the new website of Participation Cymru. Participation Cymru is a unique project in Wales, which provides innovative training, support, information and policy direction in participatory approaches to citizen and community engagement, development and regeneration. This site aims to be a useful resource for those interested in all aspects of participation.

This site contains information on a number of useful resources including books, information sheets and a range of tools that the Participation Cymru team have used and are able to recommend to help with facilitation and developing participatory approaches to citizen engagement and consultation. There are also a number of case studies that outline the practical challenges and opportunities of using a number of participatory methods in a variety of different circumstances.

Ultimately Participation Cymru is about getting people involved with decisions that effect them. This website contains a wealth of information and useful tips that should point you in the right direction.
